For over 30 years we have only had one goal at Delcam, producing first class design and manufacturing software that is backed with all the support and training required to, not only get you working quickly but maximise your productivity.

However you choose to learn, you can work from an array of basic, intermediate and advanced support materials to help you get the most out of your ArtCAM Insignia software. Below you can see the array of support and training we provide:

Learning Through The Software:

Documentation:

Within the software you can access additional guides and help at the click of a button. You can simply go to the inline help and search an electronic guide that covers individual features or the various design and manufacturing processes. If you want to find information on the latest software developments within Insignia, you can find it instantly in a dedicated ‘What’s New’ section. What’s more, there is a reference button within each feature dialog box so that you have immediate help, without the need to search.

Videos:

If you need to see to learn, then the ArtCAM Live tab is for you. Once you are connected to the internet, the Live tab will display an array of regularly updated short videos covering new functions, techniques, and changes in the program.

Tutorials:

If you prefer more interactive learning why not try the ArtCAM Tutorials tab? Here you can download a range of tutorial packs, which include videos showing a particular process, a document giving you step-by-step directions on how to reproduce what you have seen, and the necessary data files so that you can re-create the design for yourself.

Learn Online:

Videos covering a range of industries and design and manufacturing techniques can all be found on: www.artcam.com, the ArtCAM Facebook page or the ArtCAM You Tube page.

If you have issues with setting up your software or have a sales enquiry, you can e-mail us at online-support@artcam.com. Typical response time is 24 - 48 hours. If your e-mail requesting support, however falls outside of the definition of basic installation and is a technical support issue, you will be asked to call our technical Support line or referred to the ArtCAM Forum.

If you can’t find the answers you need in any of the areas mentioned, you can call one of our dedicated ArtCAM Express technical support lines. So that we can handle your enquiry as quickly and efficiently as possible please ensure the following:

  • Your customer ID and Dongle ID. (We need to verify that you are an ArtCAM Express customer before we can provide any technical support.)
  • If it is an installation issue, please ensure that: a) you have installed the latest patches and updates, where applicable, b) you have checked the installation help documents on the Forum.

Please be aware that all U.K calls to this number are charged at £1.02 per minute from BT Landlines plus network extras. Call charges from other networks may be higher and from mobiles will be considerably more. Please speak to your service provider for specific call charges. Call duration is subject to the level of support required however they will not exceed more than 30 minutes.

All support calls to the U.S. support line will be charged on a per ‘instance’ basis. Each instance is charged at $37.50 and provides 15 minutes of telephone support. If your support call requires longer than this you will be informed on the phone, prior to exceeding this time, where you can then choose to purchase additional instances.
