Q: Who do I talk to if I have an issue with purchasing online?
If for any reason you experience a problem purchasing ArtCAM Insignia from the ArtCAM online store, please e-mail: online-support@artcam.com. So that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please ensure that you provide us with your contact details, such as telephone number, the e-mail address you would like to receive any correspondence to, and if you are an existing customer, your dongle ID and customer number.
Q: How easy is it to upgrade to other ArtCAM products?
Upgrading to other products in the ArtCAM range is quick and simple. If you wish to upgrade to ArtCAM Pro, our advanced artistic CADCAM software you will need to contact your local reseller or e-mail: info@artcam.com with your contact details. Once you have contacted us we can get you up and running with the new software, by sending you the licence files electronically so that you can start work straight away.
